Phoenix: The Circular Nation Built for Harmony, Powered by Innovation
Phoenix is a deeply spiritual, nature-centered community—50 square miles of sacred land designed for peace and collective well-being. Shaped as an 8-mile-wide circle, it is divided into 16 equal sectors and 13 concentric rings. These rings form integrated living areas and shared community spaces for learning, healing and stewardship, radiating 4 miles from the center to the edge.
- Central Hub: A geodesic dome at the heart of the city houses weather monitoring systems, food supply management, amphitheater seating, and a jumbotron displaying town news and sacred justice issues.
- Modular Growth and Robotic Construction: Once land is secured, Phoenix will rise in just three months—built by machines and robots under expert engineering supervision. Easy-to-build sectors allow for consistent, scalable development as Phoenix expands. Explore 29 images designed by Jacque Fresco on SlideShare.
- Harmony and Sustainability: Residents live and work within the same sector, fostering a balanced, peaceful life. Ashes nourish life—no burial grounds. Tree-lined paths replace cars, creating a green, self-sustaining city where food, housing, wellness, and education are seamlessly integrated. Healing Bell Towers throughout the nation house bells tuned to 432 Hz and 528 Hz frequencies, ringing at sunrise, noon, sunset, and midnight to promote calm, peace and unity. Zero-Commute Living in a continuous eco-transport loop eliminates rush-hour traffic, ensuring smooth, efficient movement across the nation.

Commuting in Phoenix
All transportation in Phoenix is designed for safety, sustainability, and harmony. No driving. No collisions. No speeding. No congestion. No noise. No fossil fuels. Just harmony in motion.
- Outer Ring: Bicycles only—enjoy the breeze and the view.
- Within the Same Ring: Three lanes—1 walking lane and 2 moving sidewalk lanes (left to right and right to left)—with automatic covers that extend over the path during inclement weather.
- Ring-to-Ring: 24/7 Electric Streetcar System runs clockwise around the entire sector, providing effortless, quiet, and weather-protected transport.
- Sector-to-Sector: 24/7 Shuttles run clockwise for smooth, continuous movement, connecting sectors efficiently and safely.
Operational Budget Estimate
The operational budget ensures basic needs are met for every steward, services are free, and land & resources are protected—with no taxation on the people. The $5B target supports future scalability and global humanitarian efforts.

Next Steps After Land Purchase
- Geotech Assessment: Hire a geotechnical engineer for soil/groundwater testing
- Geological Survey, Site Grading & Land Prep, Assess soil, rock, and water table for underground building
- Mark underground zones on master plan: Ensure no overlap with future above-ground buildings
- Utility Design: Work with an architect/engineer to map out underground utilities
- Permitting (if required): Check local/national requirements for underground structures
- Excavation & Trenching: Prioritize these systems before you lay foundations
- Backfill & Grade: Once underground systems are installed, prepare the land for above-ground builds
Pre-Construction Phase: Underground Priorities Checklist Utility & Essential Infrastructure
- Electric & Power Lines: Bury power lines to avoid poles, improve safety, and protect from storms and other natural disasters
- Water Lines: Install potable water lines for all sectors
- Fiber Optic Network: High-speed internet backbone for communication, security, education, and smart systems
Sustainable Systems
- Geothermal Heating/Cooling Loops: Consider loops for community buildings, wellness centers, and schools
- Rainwater Harvesting Tanks & Pumps: Underground cisterns for irrigation, greywater, or emergency water
- Stormwater Drainage System: Grates, culverts, and underground basins for flood prevention
Waste & Energy Management
- Sewage System: Install pipes, septic tanks (if not connected to a city grid), or prepare for plasma gasification integration
- Plasma Gasification Lines: Install underground channels for non-recyclable waste processing, syngas production, and vitrified slag storage
Resilience & Storage
- Root Cellars: Long-term food storage
- Underground Archives: A protected vault for critical documents, blueprints, and sacred records
- Emergency Shelters: Subterranean spaces for extreme weather or global crises
Community Model
Phoenix is an independent, sovereign nation. A faith-based, non-religious ecclesia (community) in lawful isolation from all state systems—free from politicians, police, and public benefits. Like the Amish or Cherán, Mexico, we govern ourselves through people-powered justice, self-sufficiency, and a communal trust model. All land is owned by the Community, shared by all, owned by none, ensuring that resources serve the people, not private interests. Once built, a team of nominated Elders—never elected, as power is not a prize to be won—will guide community decisions.
Economic Model
Phoenix is a faith-based mission-aligned nation where all goods and services are provided at no cost to Stewards—ensuring that no one is left behind while safeguarding resources for those who contribute in service and alignment. This self-sustaining model reflects lower operating costs, higher community engagement and a focus on abundance for all people without ever taxing our Stewards. Our model is inspired by the spiritual economy of Vatican City and the luxury magnetism of Monaco, accelerated through technology —achieving in years what took other micronations centuries to accomplish.
- Donations & Offerings: Global supporters of the mission
- Publishing: Books, magazines, legal guides, educational content
- Tourism: Museum tickets, art licensing, souvenirs, coins, stamps, tiny home rentals
- Education: Online courses in law, freedom, and sovereignty
- Mobile Apps: Legal aid, health, and wellness apps
- Health & Wellness: Retreats, herbal products, wellness centers
- Finance: Premium private banking and investment services
- Luxury Culture: Events and merchandise
- Real Estate: Prime land and property across America

Our Sacred Culture
Daytime attire in Phoenix leans toward relaxed, light fabrics and neutral palettes dominating the streets. Think crisp linen shirts, tailored trousers, sundresses and accessories that hint at vintage glamour.
Our community focus is science and technology to advance humanity. We follow Indian and Emirati traditions, dating begins at age 25 and occurs in groups with parental approval. In this cultural context, men are strictly forbidden from initiating contact with women. Women share their romantic feelings with their parents, who then reach out to the potential partner's family on their behalf. This customary practice highlights the significant role that family involvement plays in relationships.
School Uniform Policy
Uniforms are required for everyone under the age of 25 as a safety measure, time-saver, and equalizer—eliminating competition and allowing students to focus on progress and personal growth.
Our gender-neutral uniforms are thoughtfully designed with functionality in mind, prioritizing minimal visual distractions to promote a calm, focused learning environment. The two standard fabrics are Linen for warm weather and Wool for cold weather.
These high-frequency fabrics support spiritual wellness and have positive effects on health, mood, and overall well-being. By adopting these uniforms, we foster a unified community focused on self-improvement, collaboration, and living in alignment with principles of mind, spirit, and environmental harmony.
The colors chosen for our uniforms are light, muted, and pastel shades, which have been shown to have a positive effect on human nature and mental well-being. In contrast, deep and dark colors can evoke negative emotions and distractions. By utilizing the power of color, we aim to create an atmosphere that encourages collaboration, creativity, and personal growth.
Our Sacred Workday: Living in Harmony with Nature
Our work week is 5 hours per day, 3 days a week with the 13-month Ethiopian calendar. The rest of the time is dedicated to studying ways to advance humanity.
