Succession Charter of Phoenix Micronation

By Divine Right and the Sacred Flame

Preamble

We, the Sovereign Matriarch and the Sacred Assembly of Phoenix Micronation, do hereby proclaim and establish this Succession Charter by Divine Mandate. In a world too often ruled by greed and injustice, Phoenix stands as a beacon of peace, freedom, and divine sovereignty.

By the light of the Sacred Flame and the Grace of God, we affirm that leadership is not inherited by bloodline nor purchased by wealth, but granted by divine will and the collective discernment of the Sacred Assembly. The Sovereign Matriarch shall always and forever be a Queen—chosen by the Sacred Flame, for the protection of the people and the defense of justice.

  4. Confirm the next Sovereign Matriarch by a two-thirds vote, witnessed by the Assembly and sealed by the Sacred Flame.

Article V. The Anointing of the Queen

Upon selection, the Queen shall be anointed in a public ceremony, where she shall take the Oath of the Sacred Flame, pledging to uphold the principles of Phoenix, defend the people, and protect the sovereignty of the nation.

The Queen shall henceforth hold the full and sovereign authority of the office, with all rights, powers, and privileges afforded therein.

Article VI. Continuity of the Sacred Flame
