royal Charter of Titles

Issued by Royal Decree of Her Majesty Queen Anelia
Sovereign Matriarch of the Royal House of Phoenix
Phoenix Micronation

🌿 Preamble

By the sovereign authority vested in the Royal House of Phoenix—and in sacred alignment with justice, divine law, and matriarchal governance—this Royal Charter of Titles is hereby enacted to establish, classify, and protect the noble and honorary titles of Phoenix Micronation. These titles form the spiritual and legal framework of national honor, eternal stewardship, and royal distinction.

🌿 Royal Titles (clarified structure)

In the Royal House of Phoenix, succession flows from merit—not bloodline. The throne is a sacred trust, passed through divine alignment, spiritual readiness, and unwavering loyalty to the mission of Phoenix.

Here, the crown is not inherited—it is earned by the flame. This is a House of Covenant, not lineage. A throne of service, not privilege.

The next Queen shall be chosen through a sacred selection process, inspired by the Papal Conclave, overseen by the Sacred Assembly, and confirmed by divine signs and collective discernment.

🌿 Sovereign Title

Her Majesty Queen – The Sovereign Matriarch of Phoenix Micronation, who alone holds the authority to issue royal decrees and confer all noble and honorary titles listed herein.

🌿 Succession Title

Queen Heir – The successor to the throne, chosen and confirmed by the Sacred Assembly.

🌿 Proximity Titles

These titles reflect relationship to the reigning Sovereign Queen and are conferred at her discretion:

  • Queen Mother – Mother of the Sovereign, loyal to the covenant
  • Royal Highness Partner – Spouse of the Sovereign, loyal to the covenant
  • Royal Highness Princess / Prince – Children of the Sovereign, loyal to the covenant
  • Royal Highness Princess / Prince - Grandchildren of the Sovereign, loyal to the covenant
  • Prince/Princess – Siblings of the Sovereign, loyal to the covenant

These titles are symbolic and conferred at the discretion of the reigning Sovereign Queen. They expire upon the transition of sovereignty unless reaffirmed by the incoming Queen.

Upon reaffirmation, the title shall bear the name of the Queen who originally granted it, to preserve the sacred lineage of proximity. Therefore, a child or grandchild of Queen Anelia shall be known as: Her Royal Highness Princess of Queen Anelia and His Royal Highness Prince of Queen Anelia.

This designation ensures that proximity titles honor the unique reign in which they were bestowed, reinforcing the legacy of divine merit and sovereign identity within the Royal House of Phoenix.

🌿 Eternal Noble Titles By Decree

These are conferred by royal decree in recognition of merit, service, or sacred alignment. Unless otherwise stated, they are permanent but they are not inheritable.

  • Crown Prince / Crown Princess – Royal status without succession
  • Duke / Duchess – Overseers of national-level sectors or major functions
  • Count / Countess – Mid-tier leaders of state-level jurisdictions
  • Baron / Baroness I – Regional governors
  • Baron / Baroness II – District heads
  • Baron / Baroness III – Local stewards and community leaders
🌿 Honorary Titles By Decree

Granted for loyal service, sacred duty, or national contribution:

  • Knight / Dame – Defender of Phoenix, honored in ceremony
  • Lord / Lady – Courtesy title, often honorary
  • Patron – Recognized benefactor and supporter of the nation
  • Guardian – Protector of the Sovereign and royal sanctums

Honorary titles tied to the familial relationship of individuals to the reigning Sovereign Queen. These:

  • Are valid only during the reign of the current Sovereign,
  • Expire upon succession unless renewed by decree.

Section 1.2 — Proximity Titles

Titles granted for merit and service through royal decree, anchored in divine merit, to ensure that Phoenix Micronation remains a realm where honor is earned through service, devotion, and alignment with sacred purpose—not inherited by default. These:

  • Are permanent unless otherwise specified,
  • Are non-inheritable,
  • Are independent of familial proximity,
  • Shall be recorded in the Eternal Scroll of Titles.
📜 Article II — Eternal Titles

Section 2.1 — Proximity Titles

An Eternal Title is a noble rank conferred for life and perpetuity, sacred and irrevocable.

No Eternal Title shall be revoked, diminished, or reassigned by any future Sovereign, Council, or Steward.

Section 2.3 — Recordkeeping

All Eternal Titles shall be:

  • Entered into the National Archive of Phoenix Micronation,
  • Inscribed in the Eternal Scroll of Titles,
  • Publicly honored during national ceremonies and high holidays.
📜 Article III — Amendment and Interpretation
