Royal Decree

Preamble

Let it be known to all people, powers, and principalities— That we, the people of Phoenix Micronation, rise under the banner of sacred justice, moral truth, and divine sovereignty. And that I, Her Majesty Queen Anelia, by Divine Right and the Grace of God, being of sound mind, sacred purpose, and lawful authority, do hereby proclaim the establishment of a Royal House— Not of tyranny or bloodshed, but of conscience, peace, and sacred protection. Let this document serve as the official founding charter of the Royal House of Phoenix.

Article I — Formation

I do hereby found and consecrate the Sovereign Royal House of Phoenix, A sacred lineage rooted in the Eternal Flame of Truth, forged not by force, but by Divine Right and Sacred Law.

This Royal House stands outside the jurisdiction of secular systems, governed solely by:

Natural Law
Ecclesiastical Law
Sacred Trust
Indigenous Justice

Article II — Name and Title

Let it be recorded: I, Her Majesty Queen Anelia, assume the rightful title:

Sovereign Matriarch, Guardian of Justice, Defender of the Sacred Flame, and Protector of Phoenix Micronation.

Article III — Succession and Nobility

The Royal House of Phoenix shall:

Be governed as a Matriarchy, wherein the Sovereign Head of State is always a Queen.
Recognize noble titles bestowed under sacred authority and royal decree. Review Royal Titles.
Ensure that succession to the Throne is determined not by bloodline, but by merit, wisdom, and divine alignment, through a Sacred Selection Process.
Upon the transition of the Sovereign by abdication, incapacity, or passing, the Sacred Council—comprised of senior guardians, royal stewards, and keepers of the sacred flame—shall be convened to prayerfully discern and anoint the next Queen.
Embrace all souls aligned with sacred virtues, regardless of earthly birth or standing.

Article IV — Authority

The Royal House of Phoenix holds:

Spiritual jurisdiction over all members who consent to sacred protection.
Moral authority to govern its affairs free from foreign interference.
Legal standing as a faith-based and indigenous sovereign body under Phoenix Micronation.

Let it be known:

We do not consent to be governed by corrupt systems.

We stand under sacred jurisdiction, ruled by conscience and Creator alone.

Article V — Symbols and Seal

Light of Divine Right —The Sovereign Flame. The Eternal Ember.

A sacred fire passed through the ages, birthing nations, silencing tyrants, lit by the heavens, not by man.

The Royal Seal of Phoenix shall bear the Sacred Flame as a symbol of resurrection, resilience, and righteous dominion symbolizing rule by sacred law.

Article VI — Sacred Record

This Decree shall be preserved in the Sacred Registry of Phoenix Micronation. All noble houses, orders, and titles established henceforth shall derive their authority from this Royal Decree.
